里城·湖广

Signyan Design latest project is located in Chongqing, China. The architecture comprises the Canopée Café and the Four Seas Hall, adjacent to the Huguang Guild Hall, overlooking the East Water Gate. It follows the "YUNTI" architectural style, blending seamlessly with the traditional mountainous neighborhoods of Chongqing.

尚壹扬设计工作室位于中国重庆的最新项目。建筑由Canopée Café树冠咖啡和四海会馆组成。它毗邻湖广会馆，俯瞰东水门。依山地起落，上下延伸，融入重庆传统山地街区的“云梯式”建筑风格。

The original buildings are situated at No. 40 and No. 42 Xiaohongxue Lane within the Huguang Guild Hall complex, constructed before 1920 and in 1935, respectively. Parallel to the Chongqing Huguang Guild Hall, they represent both a continuation of history and the preservation of cultural heritage. Rather than merely designing for the old structures, the project integrates new urban spatial textures within the existing environmental context. The design emphasizes restoration to stimulate regeneration and, with a sustainable approach, retains the architectural lineage, offering the community and the city a fresh way of life while preserving the historical value.

原建筑位于湖广会馆建筑群中的下洪学巷40号和42号，分别建于1920之前及1935年。和重庆湖广会馆平行对仗，既是历史的延续，亦是文脉的留存。与其说是对老建筑进行设计，不如说在环境旧痕之中融入新的城市空间肌理。设计以修复促再生，以可持续的思路留存建筑脉络，在原有历史价值上，给社区和城市带来全新的生活方式。

Stone steps covered in moss, the tranquil presence of Huguang Guild Hall, cable cars shuttling back and forth across the river, and the close connection between the buildings and the streets all vividly showcase Chongqing's distinctive memories. The design's origin and starting point lie in the past and the city's enduring legacy. Through design, it engages in urban renewal. Sustainability here not only looks to the future but also connects with the past.

石阶上长满青苔，湖广会馆静静地屹立着，来回穿梭的索道越过江面，房屋与街道之间紧密相连……重庆的特色记忆被恰当地呈现在人们的视野中。设计的起源和出发点是过去的时光和城市留存的状态。以设计为媒，介入一场城市更新。可持续的意义，不仅是面向未来，也是连接过去。
