Qingshan 49 Villa Resort is located in Shuanglang Town, Dali—a Bai ethnic village nestled along the shores of Erhai Lake. Built over five years by Xieke and close friends, the retreat consists of two independent seaside villas perched on elevated ground, connected by a path that weaves gently through lush vegetation.

青山村49，位于大理双廊镇，洱海边的白族村落中。由谢柯和好友历时五年共同建造。酒店为两栋洱海边高地上独立度假别墅组成，由一条融于植物的小径相连。

This is a hotel without a “name,” one that simply retains the original village name and house number. Most of the building materials are locally sourced from Dali, echoing the vernacular language of the surrounding village houses. It stands in quiet symbiosis with its environment, bridging the past and future of the village. Loosely unfolding along the natural shoreline of Erhai, the villas are constructed from roughly hewn stones quarried from the nearby mountains. These stones form the foundation and enclosure walls of the homes, revealing the raw, ancient surface of the land. Sharing the same textures, forms, and spirit as the village itself, it continues the lineage of Qingshan Village—now as its renewed No. 49.

一个没有“名字”的酒店，保留了青山村的原始村名和门牌号。建筑材料多来自大理在地，延续周围民居村舍的风土脉络，以共生的姿态连接村落的过去和未来。沿洱海自然的海岸风景线松弛展开，从附近原始山体中，人工开凿出粗犷的垒石，建造成房屋的围墙与台基，开凿后的山体显露出大地原始的皮肤。与村落有着同样的面貌与肌理与形体，继续成为青山村焕新的第49号人家。
